Finance and Financial Reporting expertiseProficiency in IFRS, GAAP / Accounting practicesEffective communication and leadership abilitiesExperience in the financial services industry is a plusExcellent Operations Management skillsStrong Analytical SkillsSolid background in process automation, system implementation, and financial reportingAnalytical mindset with excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detailAbility to balance speed and accuracy while driving continuous improvementExperience with troubleshooting financial systems and ensuring seamless data integration Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldCA(SA) or CGMA qualification preferred.Minimum of 2 years post -qualification experience in a financial management or operational finance roleExperience working with Xero is advantageous; familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
