MARKETING MANAGER - CLAREMONT, CPT Top group company has an exciting vacancy for an experienced Marketing Professional with 2 years marketing experience for our client which industry has a focus on sustainability, reducing waste,water, and energy usage. Thisrole requires a hands -on leader who is committed to developing and executingmarketing strategies aligned with their Environmental, Social, and Governance(ESG) principles. You will work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, and Development teams to create compelling marketing content thathighlights their sustainability efforts and investment opportunities. In addition to managing the overall marketingstrategy, you will be responsible for leading a social media and graphicdesign team to execute content across platforms while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with their marketing goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy DevelopmentBrand BuildingInvestor Relations SupportContent Creation & CommunicationMarket AnalysisCampaign PerformanceGroup Marketing Management & SupportPublic Relations & Media RelationsTeam Leadership RequirementsDiploma / Degree in marketing, with a proven track record of successful social media and content creation. Minimum 2 years marketing experience, including familiarity with PR and brand strategising - essential.Experience in graphic design, including business presentations and social media content design. Reside near Claremont, Cape TownExperience with graphic design programs (Canva Pro and Photoshop).Familiarity with social media algorithms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in PR and writing press releases/advertorials.Photography skills a potential advantage.Knowledge of the South African and Botswana real estate market is a plus (not a requirement).Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Leadership skills to manage and mentor the social media and graphic design team.Passion for CSI & ESG initiativesAPPLY TODAY to be considered for this vacancy OR to be matched to similar roles shortly.Your CV will not be sent to an employer without your prior permission.
