Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Property Account Manager. The Property Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing property transformations, managing risk, coordinating with agents, managing property commercials and P&L, and maintaining good communication with homeowners. The role also involves conducting market research, establishing pricing strategies, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Property management and real estate experience
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in real estate, property management, or a related field

Skills

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with market research and pricing strategies
  • Experience with property listings and marketing
  • Rental knowledge (Short lets) a plus
