We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who is eager to combine business development with talent solutions, bringing new clients into the consultancy while promoting our recruitment services. 

This is a fast-paced role for a young, energetic, and coachable professional who thrives in a results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with clients, capable of managing a pipeline of opportunities, and passionate about helping businesses grow through talent. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and engage potential clients, promoting the company's recruitment services. 
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, generating new business leads. 
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client hiring needs. 
  • Present tailored recruitment solutions to match client requirements. 
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activity in CRM systems. 
  • Represent the company's brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
