In this role you will be responsible to Balanced portfolio, responsible for retention of current customer base and actively hunting for new business. Maintaining collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through Identifying new business opportunities, to achieve common goals and long-term sustainable profitability.

**A day in the life of a Solution Sales Rep**:

- Implement successful plans & promotions at Customer and Regional level to drive solutions business.
- Management of sales territory and achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Understand and analyse customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Follow up and report back on leads.
- Identify, source and close new business opportunities.
- Monthly Business Planning - Accuracy on monthly forecasting
- Identify, source and mine business opportunities within current customer base.
- Reduce and maintain a clean debtor’s book and resolve outstanding /overdue accounts timeously.

**What will make you successful?**
- Minimum 3 years sales experience - with a proven track record of new business development in Coffee industry, FMCG, Hospitality, Office Automation industry.
- Degree/Diploma - BCom, Sales & Marketing, Finance or related
- PC literate
- basic knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Some experience in Key Accounts & Field Sales Management will be advantageous.
- Financial Understanding - awareness of ROI (Return of Investment)
