An exciting opportunity exists for a
Marketing & Communications Manager
to lead brand strategy, communications, and digital engagement across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. You will play a key role in building brand preference, driving customer engagement, and positioning the organisation as an OEM of choice through a fully integrated 360° marketing approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion brand management and communications, ensuring a strong, consistent identity across all touchpoints.
  • Lead media relations, PR, and stakeholder engagement to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Deliver impactful events and activations that connect customers to the brand experience.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies that boost reach and engagement.
  • Manage CRM initiatives to support sales growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align strategy and creative execution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and budget utilisation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years' experience in marketing communications, ideally within a commercial vehicle or automotive multinational.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of Photoshop or basic video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Integrity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
