Role Description

This part-time Tutor role involves providing personalized academic support to students across various subjects. The Tutor will conduct one-on-one or group sessions and assist with homework, assignments, and exam preparation. Additionally, the Tutor will identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, fostering their conceptual understanding and confidence. This is a hybrid role based in Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in subject-specific content and teaching methodologies
  • Ability to tailor instructional approaches to varying student needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization, reliability, and the ability to work independently
  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory
