**Requirements**:

- University student or alumni
- Fluent in English or the language of tutoring
- Stable Internet connection for online sessions
- Available to work from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday or from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students based on their individual needs and curriculum requirements
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and materials tailored to each student's learning style and pace
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to boost students' confidence and academic performance
- Keep track of students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students and their families
