Employment Type: Contract with the possibility of permanent employment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

· Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with teams across Product, IT, Operations, and Legal/Compliance.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

· Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

· Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field

· Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

· Minimum 7–10 years project management experience.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

· Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Financial acumen and budget management experience.

· Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise.
