We are looking for a highly organized and detail-orientated invoice clerk with sage experience to join our client in Cape Town, Epping Area. The ideal candidate will manage the invoicing process, ensure timely payment, and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and send invoices to clients
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable
  • Post payments and allocate funds
  • Resolve payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform month-end closing procedures
  • Assist with audit preparations

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an invoice clerk or similar role
  • Proficient in sage accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of VAT and tax requirements
  • Matric or diploma in a related field
