Data Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of PySpark and distributed computation
  • Highly efficient in ETL processes
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven knowledge of software development best practices
  • Experience with Agile methodology and problem-centric solution design
  • A pragmatic mindset, not afraid of making mistakes, and learning from them
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Youre a team player, have great communication skills and are interested in technical things

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex data using our Palantir Foundry analysis tool , Athena, and Python, to provide support for our AI product development
  • Support data engineers and data scientists with analysis and data requirements
  • Analyse performance of AI implementations and report results to stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand data quality, structure, and pipelines.
