The ideal candidate has
8–10 years of experience
, holds a
BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
, and thrives in a
fast-paced, professional environment
.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in construction quantity surveying
  • Highly proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    (essential)
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in
    group housing
    and
    apartment projects
    (advantageous)
  • Own reliable transport is essential


Salary:
Market-related and negotiable based on experience
