Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years of experience, ideally from a construction background. The successful candidate will be responsible for measurement tasks, supporting cost estimation, and assisting with project documentation. Familiarity with CCS software is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure quantities from drawings and specifications
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation
  • Support the QS in project cost control and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of project data and measurements

Requirements

  • 1-4 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a construction environment
  • Proficient in measurement techniques and quantity take-offs
  • Experience with CCS software preferred
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
