Law firm in Pretoria is looking for a Legal Financial Administrator to join their team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

Manage invoices, statements, and billing processes.

Work efficiently on Legal Suite (experience required).

Conduct follow-ups on outstanding invoices.

Perform basic collections tasks where required.

Handle debtors and creditorsfunctions.

Maintain accurate financial records and support the firm's finance operations.

Minimum Requirements:

3–5 years' experience in a law firm – non-negotiable.

Bilingual: Afrikaans & English (spoken and written).

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Good communication and administrative skills.
