As we continue to expand, we're looking for a
Financial Manager
who's ready to take full ownership of our finance function across multiple entities, contribute strategically, and help drive the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the full financial function across group companies.
  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee cash flow, cost control, and project/job costing.
  • Manage VAT, PAYE, and statutory compliance.
  • Support directors with strategic financial planning and performance reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process efficiency, system improvements, and internal controls.

What You'll Bring

  • Registered Professional Accountant (SA) with a BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • 5–8 years' experience in a Financial Manager or senior accountant role.
  • Solid understanding of engineering, manufacturing, sales or construction environments.
  • Strong background in management accounting, cash flow, and costing.
  • Proficient in accounting systems. Experience with ERP systems will be advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with strong attention to detail.
