About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our client's Security team, managing a key client in the automation and manufacturing sector. If you have proven experience in contract management within the security industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about compliance and service excellence, this role is for you.

You'll oversee full contract performance, lead security operations on site, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with all PSiRA, labour, and health & safety requirements.

This role requires working 12-hour shifts on a rotating cycle of 3 days, 3 nights, followed by 4 days off.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and oversee full security contract performance.
  • Act as primary liaison with the client; conduct regular performance and SLA review meetings.
  • Lead and manage security teams, ensuring discipline and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and manage profitability, budgets, wage costs, and asset registers.
  • Ensure PSiRA, OHS, and health & safety compliance, including incident reporting.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, manage rosters, leave, and absenteeism.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and implement service improvements.
  • Support business growth through client retention and upselling opportunities.

What You'll Need

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Grade A PSiRA certification (non-negotiable).
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years' proven experience in Security contract management.
  • Strong client management, leadership, and people skills.
  • Knowledge of South African labour law, PSiRA regulations, and OHS legislation.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle (essential).
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven mindset.
