As the Information & Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital transformation journey. This senior management role is a unique opportunity to lead impactful IT initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and implement advanced systems to drive automation and operational excellence across the organization. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will influence strategic decision-making and enable the business to meet its objectives in an ever-evolving QSR landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital & Delivery Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of eCommerce and delivery strategies to achieve online sales targets. Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders across digital platforms.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure minimal network interruptions, high availability of critical systems, and consistent internet connectivity across all locations.
  • Technology Development: Oversee IT development projects, implement new systems leveraging BI and AI, and drive automation of processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Conduct regular security audits, ensure compliance with regulations, and promptly address security incidents to mitigate risks.
  • Business Intelligence Leadership: Develop and maintain BI strategies, enabling stakeholders to monitor and uncover actionable insights through advanced data analysis.
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects that align with organizational priorities.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in IT, with expertise in financial analysis and accounting systems.
  • Proven track record in Retail or QSR industries.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, BI Tools, and SQL.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and integration.
  • Experience with AI-driven systems.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
