Our growing Debt Counselling Firm in Cape Town is looking for you if - You are passionate about helping people, ambitious and have customer service experience and helping individuals restructure their lives by giving them more financial means.

Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to: In-depth knowledge of debt review processes as per the National Credit Act.

Liaise with clients and creditors on behalf of Debt Counsellor.

Experience and knowledge;

(17.1, 17.2, 17 W, COB)

Negotiating proposals

Receiving and monitoring payments Queries

Final Settlement Letters Updating on software systems.

Monthly reports to management.

Proposals; reworks, terminations, up until compiling attorney's pack.

Requirements

FINWISE

1+ experience as debt review administrator

Word and excel compulsory

Good verbal and written communication

Salary: R8,500.00

Start date: Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8 500,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
