About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator. This role is focused on hands-on warehouse work and plays an important part in keeping our stock, inventory, and order fulfillment processes running smoothly. The position is well suited to someone who is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and handling stock on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking, storing, and organizing stock.
  • Accurately label, count, and track inventory to ensure stock records are kept up to date.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards.
  • Assist with dispatching and coordinating orders with couriers and delivery partners.
  • Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies when identified.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment at all times.
  • Support general warehouse and stock management tasks as required to meet operational needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, stock control, or logistics environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Physically able to lift, move, and handle stock throughout the workday.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
