As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests during their voyage. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters. This includes daily cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are up to our high standards of cleanliness.

In addition to maintaining the physical appearance of the ship, Stewards also play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for responding to guest requests and inquiries, as well as assisting with any special requests or needs. This requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

As a member of the crew, you will also be responsible for participating in safety drills and following all safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our guests and crew members. You will work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a hospitality or cruise ship environment. You must be able to work well under pressure, have excellent time management skills, and be able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service are also essential qualities for this role.
