Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technical personnel across multiple sites.
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work is completed on time and within SLA requirements.
  • Prepare and manage technical budgets (OPEX, CAPEX, Projects, PPM) per site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including chairing the Health & Safety Committee.
  • Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high maintenance standards.
  • Support procurement, risk management, and reporting processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 and a Technical Diploma (NQF 6) in Electrical Heavy Current or equivalent
  • Wireman's License (required)
  • Trade test certificate
  • CDCP / CDCS / CDFOM (or in progress)
  • Valid driver's license and own transport
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in Facilities, Property, or Project Management
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, SLA management, and safety compliance
  • Experience with electrical systems, equipment, and general maintenance
