Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Specialist, based in Pretoria with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Healthcare Specialist will provide professional medical expertise, deliver EMT-level support, and ensure high standards of healthcare services. Responsibilities will include patient care, consultation, communication, and training relevant stakeholders, along with collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize health outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in EMT and general medical knowledge to carry out healthcare practices effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, clients, and team members in a professional manner
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs related to healthcare practices
- Knowledge of healthcare principles, processes, and guidelines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Certification or licensure in a healthcare-related field is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare discipline or relevant equivalent experience preferred
