The
Manager: Fulfilment Operations
will oversee regional digital fulfilment operations, ensuring timely delivery of online orders across the designated region. Coordinate with stores, regional warehouses, and delivery partners to deliver against customer expectations. This role exists to manage day-to-day fulfilment operations, resolve operational issues proactively, and ensure consistent delivery performance while maintaining cost efficiency.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Operations, or related field
  • Solid experience in regional logistics, fulfilment, or retail operations
  • Strong operational knowledge of warehouses and last-mile logistics
  • Team Leadership: Experience managing operational teams and coordinating with external partners
  • Experience in pharmacy or healthcare retail operations
  • Experience with omnichannel fulfilment and store-based operations

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

  • Supervise daily pick, pack, and ship activities in stores through team of fulfilment specialists
  • Oversee proactive monitoring of analytics to identify and prevent SLA breaches
  • Close Heat Calls and escalated fulfilment issues through specialist team coordination
  • Maintain regional SLA adherence by ensuring proactive customer communication and issue resolution
  • Act as point of contact for escalated regional delivery issues
  • Ensure quick resolution of delivery complaints and service recovery
  • Implement proactive customer communication and delivery notifications
  • Analyse customer feedback and implement process improvements
  • Lead team of fulfilment specialists focused on proactive monitoring and customer communication
  • Ensure team effectively uses analytics platforms to identify at-risk orders and prevent delays
  • Coordinate specialist activities across regional stores and delivery network partners
  • Provide guidance on escalation procedures and proactive customer engagement strategies

  • Requires travelling and store visits on regular basis
  • Weekly and monthly meetings at Head Office
  • Store-based position with regional coverage
  • Occasional extended hours during peak periods
