Summary of Role

As our Healthcare Concierge, you are the voice of trust and expertise for our brand. Based in Cape Town, you will be responsible for managing all inbound inquiries from prospective patients (via phone, email, and web).

Your mission is to provide an unparalleled, consultative experience. You will build immediate rapport, serve as a subject matter expert on our surgical solutions, and compassionately guide individuals from their very first question to a scheduled, high-value consultation with our surgical team.

  • Empower with Clarity:
    You will become a subject matter expert, mastering our complex medical protocols so you can educate potential patients on everything from our unique surgical techniques to recovery expectations, realistic outcomes, and cost.
  • Guide the Patient Journey:
    You will build authentic trust and maintain a compassionate, professional relationship, managing the complete pipeline from initial inquiry to a fully-prepared surgical consultation.
  • Be the Voice of Trust:
    You will be the first, prompt, and professional response for all inbound leads, serving as the reassuring and knowledgeable guide they need during a sensitive time.
  • Drive Operational Excellence:
    You will maintain meticulous, accurate records of all patient interactions and eligibility details in our CRM, ensuring a seamless and professional handover to the clinical team.
