We are looking for an organized and motivated
Junior Administrator
to join our team. This role is perfect for a young individual at the start of their administrative career who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, typing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and safety documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the planning and organization of meetings, training sessions, and events.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak and write English and Afrikaans at a high level.
  • Matric (relevant OHS qualification advantageous).
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in Passport 360 and related SHEQ online systems (advantageous).
  • Understanding in SHEQ related aspects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Reside in or around the Johannesburg area.
  • Own reliable transport (advantageous).
