What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a large finance team across business units
  • Deliver robust financial models to support planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
  • Partner closely with executives to translate numbers into actionable business insights
  • Own end-to-end FP&A processes – from budgeting to performance tracking
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with commercial goals
  • Present key financial insights to stakeholders across all levels

What we're looking for:

  • CA(SA) or completed CIMA
  • Proven track record in leading and managing large teams
  • Strong background in FP&A and commercial finance within large organizations
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
  • Confident communicator with executive presence and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, data-driven culture
