Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cape Town for a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning the HR strategy with business objectives, providing guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, collaborating with department leaders, and implementing initiatives to support employee engagement, compliance, and professional growth. The role may also involve contributing to corporate policies and procedures to drive an inclusive and high-performing culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong Human Resources management skills, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in organizational development, change management, and leadership development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage HR processes onsite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices in South Africa is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus.
