Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Paarl is for a Travel & Tours Manager. The individual, free-lancer, company or tours legend in this role will oversee day-to-day commercial management, inventory management, and manage team travel and tours operations whilst building relationships and dreaming up bucketlist travel experiences
Responsibilities include anything relating to delivering a top notch travel experience for our clients, time and time again.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Commercial Management and Business Planning to drive strategic growth and partnerships
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in Contract Management to handle agreements and partnerships effectively
- Proven Team Management abilities to lead and guide team operations successfully
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry is advantageou
- 7+ years specific travel and tours contracting and logistics experience
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Products
- Lots of common sense
