Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies and plans to drive sustainable business growth in the electronics industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Customer service excellence, focusing on the retention and churning of customers
- The Company requires that you assist at the trade counter when it becomes necessary and that you invoice according to the company's procedure.
- Advise management on product needs, including monthly product projections and reporting on projects
- You are also required to assist management with ideas on promotional literature and newsletters and provide an informed view on the types and frequency of marketing methods.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 Years of experience in business development within the electronics industry
- Strong understanding of the electronics market trends and industry challenges
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
