St Cyprian's School seeks to appoint an energetic and organised Sports Administrator to join our dynamic sports department, from January 2026. With sport at St Cyprian's thriving and continuing to grow, we are looking for a team player who will contribute to the strategic development of our sports programme and help inspire our learners to live active, healthy lives.

Minimum Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Sport Administration, Physical Education, or Coaching.
  • SACE registration (or eligibility).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a school or sports environment.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sports management software.

Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) of Tennis and a Winter Sport, including programme management and logistics.
  • Coach teams across various age groups with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Manage communication with parents, staff, and learners in a professional, timely manner.
  • Oversee and coordinate outsourced coaches, ensuring quality and alignment with the school's ethos.
  • Support budgeting, planning, and administration of sports fixtures, tours, and events.
  • Teach Physical Education in the Preparatory School (Grades 1–7).
