Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the City of Cape Town for a Padel Club Operator.
This hybrid role combines reception duties, customer service, and on-court operational support to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every player who enters the club.
The Padel Club Operator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Padel club, including managing bookings, maintaining facilities, coordinating events and tournaments, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Additional responsibilities may include managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing operations, coordinating events, and handling day-to-day logistics
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of padel or racket sports is highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with digital booking systems and basic administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in sports/recreation management preferred
  • Some Padel experience is highly beneficial
