Role Overview

At KloofX we provide opportunities for talented South Africans to work with our team servicing international companies with everything from admin and sales to bookkeeping and customer support roles.

Own and scale
Meta Ads campaigns
for a high-growth U.S. home services business.

This is a
full-time, dedicated role.
You'll drive
lead volume and ROAS
while integrating with field operations, scheduling software, and daily EST syncs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize
    Meta campaigns
  • Manage
    audience targeting
    , lookalikes, retargeting, and pixel events
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    on creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Deliver
    weekly performance reports
    (ROAS, CPL, CAC, lead quality)
  • Participate in
    daily 8:30 AM ET standups
    and bi-weekly owner reviews
  • Collaborate with ops team to
    align ad volume with field capacity
  • Support
    Google Ads
    (Search, Performance Max) as secondary channel

Requirements

  • 3+ years
    managing Meta Ads
  • Expert in
    Meta Business Suite
    , Events Manager, Creative Hub
  • Working knowledge of
    Google Ads
    (certifications a plus)
  • Experience with
    CRM integration
  • Native-level English
    (written & verbal) – clear client communication
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace,
    US Hours
