Contracts and Exports Coordinator

The Contract & Exports Coordinator responsibilities will include overseeing and managing contract and export customers outbound transactional requirements in compliance with tariff and customs regulations where applicable. Managing expectations with the manufacturing/scheduling team at Epping as well as securing adequate stock for export loads.
Focus Area 1
Contracts: managing contract manufacturing customers:
- Reporting on available stock and materials daily
- Advising when Finished goods will be available for dispatch for customer PO creation
- Compiling and liaising with the customer on the outbound load schedule
- Ensuring governance re, Outbound invoice creation alongside relevant customer POs
- Track / report on timely and efficient collection of stock
Exports Duty Paid, Managing BLNE customers' expectations (Epping applicable SKUs):
- Engaging on stock availability and securing stock with adequate shelf life for customer orders
- Working with finance in compiling relevant POs
- Arranging transportation through BLNE distribution partner
- Managing stock collection as per point 1 and 2 from multiple sites within the SHP Network when needed
- Ensuring cross border (Duty paid) documentation is available for transporters
Exports Duty Free, Managing international customers' expectations (Epping applicable SKUs):
- Engaging on stock availability and securing stock with adequate shelf life for customer orders @ Duty free locations
- Working with finance in compiling relevant POs
- Advising when collection is available for customers to arrange transport
- Managing stock in the warehouse as well as on the system by isolating duty free stock the relevant duty-free sites
- Ensuring cross border (Duty free) documentation is available for transporters
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualification.
- Strong collaborator and communicator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to stick to deadlines
- Strong Problem-Solving skills
- Willingness to learn and develop project management skills
