Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma or National Diploma in Finance, Administration, IT or Equivalent.
  • Computer literacy skills.
  • Valid Drivers' Licence.
  • 5 years' experience in a similar environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage refunds and bookings related matter.
  • Ensure that completed work adhere to governance and legislation
  • Assist in preparing tariffs.
  • Contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships and enable exceptional customers services and ethical conduct by being a good example.
  • Identify and resolve queries.
  • Ensure proper record keeping.
  • Manage and control monthly, quarterly and yearly balancing.
  • Co-ordinate all ICT issues.
  • Integrate new knowledge attained through formal and informal learning opportunities and apply it in the execution of duties.
  • Ensure that all queries are resolved timeously.
  • Adhere to all principles and related policies.
