MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

  • SBachelor's degree in agriculture, Business or Management related
  • .An advance degree in a relevant subject matter field will be desirable
  • .Must be highly proficient in English
  • .Minimum of 10 to 15 years of exposure in the citrus/grapes industry from grassroots processes to quality requirements
  • .Minimum of 10 to 15 years established in external grower relations
  • .Minimum of 10 to 15 years engaging with executives, leaders, production personnel, and external grower partners
  • .General agricultural knowledge
  • .General business acumen
  • .Computer packages & system(s) currently in use by the company
  • .Optimise people performance and effective management of HR & talent
  • .Ability to manage budgets, cashflows, financial planning and analysis
  • .Ability to manage operations efficiently
