Greatlinking Management Services is an Integrated Facilities Management company looking to expand our service provision in ICT Support services. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Service Technician with a strong focus on hardware repair to join our team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and desktop PCs across various brands and models.
  • Repair and replace screens, keyboards, RAM and various other components on PC's.
  • Travel to the clients' establishments to execute such services.
  • Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and component-level troubleshooting.
  • Resolve software and operating system issues related to hardware performance.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
  • Maintain detailed service logs and ensure compliance with service protocols.
  • Client liaison and ensuring on time service rendered to our clients.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • Recognized qualification as a Service Technician.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience repairing laptops and desktop PCs.
  • Proficiency in hardware diagnostics, component replacement, and system restoration.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Driver's License is mandatory.
