Are you detail-driven, organised, and ready to take ownership of your work?

We're looking for a motivated Finance Administrator
to join our fast-growing technology business. This is a hands-on position supporting the finance and customer operations teams in keeping daily transactions, client records, and reconciliations running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate customer and account information across internal systems
  • Process deposits, debit orders, and client payments
  • Perform weekly account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies
  • Support vetting of new customer accounts and credit checks
  • Prepare pro-formas, statements, and assist with invoicing and payment allocations
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries quickly and professionally
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department

What we're looking for

  • 5 years' experience in a finance or accounts-administration role
  • Solid understanding of reconciliations and transactional accounting
  • Strong Excel and data-entry accuracy
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
  • Proactive attitude, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (Xero, Sage, or similar) is an advantage
  • An accounts or finance qualification would be advantageous
