Are you someone who can:

  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
  • Conduct requirement‐gathering sessions with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance and IT
  • Document business requirements, Clear use cases/user stories, acceptance criteria, sequence/activity diagrams, data dictionaries and functional specifications
  • Own testing coordination, including test data, UAT, defect validation, and release readiness
  • Collaborate with system Analysts, IT architects, Developers, QA and vendors to ensure delivery meets security, regulatory, performance standards
  • Create reports/dashboards to support monthly & quarterly financial reporting and board-level presentations
  • Support system implementations, data migrations, tool evaluations, or platform upgrades
  • Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of prioritised and approved projects.
  • Analyse business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities and facilitate implementation.
  • Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within business and/or across the FRG.
  • Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
  • Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Qualification Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience 
  • Systems thinking; strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and stakeholder influence
  • Detail orientation with a focus on outcomes and value
  • Ownership mindset; thrives in cross-functional squads. Structured, organized, and thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
