world-class sales experience
while building strong, trust-based relationships
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durban Umhlanga for a B2B Sales Specialist. The role involves building and managing relationships with business clients, identifying and pursuing B2B sales opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service, understanding client needs, presenting customized solutions, and providing sales training to clients and team members as required. Collaboration with internal teams to support effective campaign execution will also be a core aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and a successful track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated skills in sales management, including planning and executing successful campaigns.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of the BPO sector are considered advantages.
- Previous experience in UK sales role is advantageous.
- Ability to work rotational shifts aligned to the UK
