Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Mossel Bay for an NQF4 Property Practitioner. The successful candidate will generate leads, assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community, conduct market analyses, prepare property listings, organise viewings, negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Generate leads and prospect potential clients. Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Maintain relationships with clients and the local community. Conduct market analyses and prepare property listings. Organise property viewings and coordinate scheduling. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service and support. Qualifications Strong customer service, client relationship management, and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in property marketing, sales strategies, and property law compliance to deliver professional real estate services. Proven organisational, time management, and attention‑to‑detail skills for scheduling property viewings and managing transactions. Ability to perform comparative market analysis and basic financial knowledge to assist clients in making informed decisions. Prior experience in property sales, rentals, or consulting will be advantageous. Knowledge of the real estate industry, with an existing NQF4 qualification or willingness to complete certification. Proficiency in digital tools such as property portals, CRM systems, and social media for property marketing is highly beneficial.
