Are you a visionary marketing and communications leader ready to shape the global narrative of a purpose-driven organization? We are seeking a Group Head of Marketing and Communications to spearhead our client's global marketing, brand, and communications strategy. This is a pivotal executive role where you will drive strategic planning, manage reputation, champion ESG communications, and lead digital innovation to significantly enhance the organization's visibility, influence, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will collaborate closely with the C-suite and business units to ensure all messaging aligns seamlessly with corporate objectives. Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Communications: Develop and execute a 3–5 year global marketing and communications roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, client engagement, and supporting lead generation across all business units.
Integrated Campaign Leadership: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to build brand equity and market presence.
Event & Publication Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of trade shows, webinars, and industry publications for the Group, providing guidance to business units on industry events.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing global marketing and communications team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Internal & External Communications: Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values and objectives.
Executive Profiling & Thought Leadership: Drive executive profiling initiatives, including media training, thought leadership content creation, and public speaking engagements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Manage and maintain a stakeholder management framework across the group, assisting the executive team with key stakeholder engagement and developing strategies to enhance relationships.
ESG & Sustainability Communications: Champion ESG and sustainability communications, ensuring messaging aligns with corporate responsibility goals and contributes to the Group's purpose.
Digital Marketing & Brand Enhancement: Develop and implement comprehensive communication and content plans across digital platforms, optimize website user and customer experience (UX/CX), and enhance SEO performance to increase organic visibility.
Reputation Management: Establish and manage crisis communication protocols and reputation risk mitigation strategies, monitoring media coverage sentiment to support the Group's brand image.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with proven experience leading global marketing and communications strategies.
Demonstrated experience in executive communications and brand governance.
Strong strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Robust business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
A digital fluency and innovation mindset.
Expertise in crisis and reputation management.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
