As the ideal candidate, you excel at
- Making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Building strong relationships with partners
- Sparking interest and generating leads
- Qualifying prospects effectively
- Closing deals with confidence
- Build a strong understanding of TransPerfect's services, including their benefits and competitive advantage
- Identify and target prospective customers and organizations to drive sales activities
- Establish new client relationships through methods such as cold calling, online research, and trade shows
- Collaborate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Educate clients on TransPerfect's services, promoting their value and relevance to client needs
- Work closely with the Production Management Team to manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer support
- Oversee pricing and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Stay informed about clients' industries, business goals, and company culture to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
- Take on additional projects or duties as needed to support business objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 1 - 3 years' of outbound sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
