We're hiring a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational performance of our growing group — including Office & Co. serviced offices, property, and design divisions. This role combines finance control, branch oversight, and general management. About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to join our growing group of businesses, including Office & Co. serviced offices, property development, design, and events divisions.

This is a hybrid role combining financial control, operations oversight, and general management — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full financial management across the group — invoicing, payments, reconciliations, cash-flow control, and monthly reporting.

Oversee billing, debtors, and creditors for all branches; ensure timeous collection and supplier management.

Work daily with centre managers to monitor occupancy, drive sales targets, and improve operational performance.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports for the CEO.

Implement and enforce internal financial processes and controls.

Manage supplier procurement and cost control — ensuring three-quote compliance and accurate purchase order tracking.

Coordinate operations and administration across serviced offices, property projects, and imports.

Liaise with external accountants, banks, SARS, and professional partners.

Support the CEO with high-level admin, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements

BCom / Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management.

5 + years' experience in finance and operations (property, hospitality, or service industries advantageous).

Strong knowledge of accounting systems (Xero, Sage or QuickBooks) and Excel.

Proven ability to manage cashflow, budgets, and supplier control.

Operationally minded — able to work across multiple branches and teams.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Self-driven, reliable, and commercially astute.

Strong leadership presence and capable of managing up and down.

Growth Path

This role will evolve into Group Financial Controller / General Manager as new branches open.
