We're Hiring: Senior Finance Manager (Group)

Johannesburg | R40 000 CTC | Reports to: Founder/CEO

We're looking for a strong
Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function across our growing group including Office & Co. serviced offices, property, and design divisions.

If you're hands-on, commercially minded and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, this role is for you.

About the Role

  • Run full financial management: invoicing, reconciliations, payments & month-end
  • Manage debtors/creditors and ensure accurate billing & collections
  • Oversee cashflow, budgets, forecasts & management accounts
  • Strengthen internal financial controls & compliance
  • Manage procurement accuracy (three-quote process, PO tracking)
  • Work with accountants, auditors, banks & SARS
  • Prepare financial reports & insights for the CEO
  • Assist with financial modelling & strategic projects
  • Staff management and payroll
  • Support the CEO with high-level admin, reporting and special projects.

Requirements

  • BCom / Diploma in Accounting or Financial Management
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior finance role
  • Strong experience with Sage & advanced Excel
  • Excellent understanding of cashflow, budgeting & financial controls
  • Detail-driven, reliable, analytical & commercially aware

This role will evolve as we expand, with a Finance Team / Assistant reporting to you.
