We are looking for a dynamic, organised and creative Fashion & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a multifaceted role supporting both the studio and marketing sides of the business — perfect for someone with a love of fashion, content creation, and hands-on studio work.

You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Manager and wider team to help bring the brand's vision to life — from sourcing fabrics and assisting with production, to curating digital content and helping manage the brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand launches.
  • Help create and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Assist in photoshoots – from concept development, styling, and set coordination to behind-the-scenes content capture.
  • Write and edit captions, newsletters, and web content in line with brand tone and aesthetic.
  • Liaise with photographers, influencers, and collaborators for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Track analytics and engagement to help refine marketing strategy.

Studio & Production

  • Support the team with fabric sourcing, supplier communication, and purchasing.
  • Organise and maintain fabric, trim, and sample archives.
  • Assist with fittings, sample management, and quality checks.
  • Help coordinate production timelines and studio workflows.
  • Maintain studio organisation — ensuring samples, fabrics, and tools are stored and documented properly.
  • Assist with packing, shipping, and order fulfilment as needed.

General Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the creative and marketing teams.
  • Contribute creative ideas for product, content, and campaign development.
  • Support at events, pop-ups, and fashion shows when required.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Fashion, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative eye for styling, imagery, and design.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Basic photography, videography, or content editing skills a plus.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to roll up sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
