Job description

Our marketing agency is seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our multiple clients within multiple industries.

We need someone who is passionate about designing and developing websites and has a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our marketing team and clients to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Create beautiful and engaging designs that meet the client's brand guidelines and target audience.

  • Develop and implement website design using Webflow.

  • Ensure all designs are responsive and compatible with all devices.

  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize website performance and user experience.

  • Continuously monitor website performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Webflow website designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.

  • Knowledge of web design principles, including UI/UX, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present work to both the team and clients. Must be fluent, confident, and professional in client interactions.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices.

  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
