You should have an exceptional eye for design, a strong and diverse portfolio, and a passion for crafting digital experiences that resonate. If you're obsessed with design detail, driven by creativity, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that values impact and excellence, we'd love to meet you.What you'll be doing:Designing stunning, user-centric websites with a focus on UI/UXCreating motion graphics, animation, and video content (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro or similar)Conceptualising and executing brand identities and visual storytellingDelivering high-quality design work across digital campaigns and social mediaWorking with clients across industries, both locally and internationallyCollaborating with developers, strategists, and other creatives to bring ideas to lifeWhat we're looking for:2-5 years of experience in a similar roleA relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related fieldMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD)Proficiency in After Effects, Premier Pro, and video editing softwareConfidence using tools like Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Figma, and Adobe XDExperience working with both SMMEs and big brandsA refined, creative eye and a beautifully curated portfolio that showcases digital, motion, and web workStrong conceptual thinker with a clear sense of visual identity and brandingFamiliarity with basic web development and collaboration with dev teamsAble to manage time effectively and work well under pressurePassionate about growth both personally and professionallyA team player with a can-do attitude who's eager to learn and contribute
