We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator/Analyst with expertise in business intelligence to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpretating data to support strategic decision-making and improve business operations. This role will involve working with various data systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

*Data Collection & Management: - Gather and process data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Monitor data entry and collection processes to identify areas for improvement.

* Data Analysis & Reporting: - Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. - Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). - Prepare regular and ad-hoc data reports for stakeholders.

* Business Intelligence Development: - Collaborate with IT and management to develop and implement BI solutions that meet the needs of the business. - Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings effectively. - Assist in the design and implementation of data models and analytics frameworks.

*Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. - Translate technical data insights into actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

*Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and analysis workflows. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience: - 2+ years of experience in data coordination, analysis, or business intelligence. - Proven experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel). - **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages. - Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. - Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

Analytical Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights relevant to business objectives.

Interpersonal Skills: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery). - Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools. - Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
