Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent based in the City of Cape Town, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Agent will be responsible for interacting with clients to promote and sell insurance products and financial services. This involves understanding customer needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing relationships to strengthen customer loyalty. The role also entails meeting sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, and ongoing training to develop expertise in the financial and insurance sectors.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Willingness to undergo ongoing Training and development
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and related products is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in Sales, Insurance, or Financial Services are beneficial
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Own reliable vehicle
