Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in the City of Cape Town. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the fitment center, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include inventory and stock management, monitoring client satisfaction, and ensuring the branch adheres to company policies and standards. In addition, the Branch Manager will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and overseeing the implementation of new initiatives to optimize branch performance.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and oversee a team effectively.
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Familiarity with 4x4 accessories and vehicle fitment processes is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including reporting and documentation.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure smooth operations.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in management, sales, automotive repair, or a related field are beneficial.
